Heal with Us are sisters who care deeply about mental health and overall well-being; we understand the challenges that come with neurodivergence, disabilities, physical health and mental health. We have both experienced firsthand how these challenges with the stressors of daily living can impact one’s mental health. Our shared journey drives us to support others with anxiety and trauma therapy, depression counselling, in navigating these struggles with compassion and understanding.
At our practice, we understand that seeking support can be a deeply personal journey. That's why we offer in-person, online and telephone talking therapy sessions , where you can access a compassionate and effective form of psychotherapy.
