Hello, my name is Lesley. I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and EMDR practitioner with a deep passion for supporting others through life’s challenges. My journey into mental health support is a personal one—rooted in lived experience. As a parent of two neurodiverse adult children, I bring a compassionate, understanding perspective to my work, especially when it comes to supporting families and individuals navigating neurodiversity, disability, and mental health.
Over the years, I’ve gained valuable insight through both personal and professional experiences, which allows me to work in a way that’s empathetic, practical, and tailored to your individual needs.
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, watching films, and spending quality time with my family doing fun and meaningful activities.

Hi, I’m Leann. I’m a qualified integrative counsellor, a single mum to two wonderful teenagers, and an unpaid carer. My path into counselling was shaped by personal experience—supporting loved ones with disabilities and mental health challenges gave me a deep understanding of what it means to care, to cope, and to carry on through difficult times.
This lived experience is at the heart of how I work: with empathy, honesty, and a strong belief in creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard.
Outside of my therapy work, I love watching TV with my children, going for walks, and spending time with our three dogs—they’re a big part of our family life and always keep us smiling.
